Izabella St. James has been named the Pug Queen by many for her selfless acts to save the breed of canine from neglectful and at times abusive situations. Recently James was contacted through Facebook by a follower about two Pugs that they believed were in danger. When she arrived at the location James was stunned to see the two Pugs tied out on a concrete patio in the uncomfortable one hundred and five degree heat, panting hard and with little shade available. offered one thousand dollars to the owner for the pair but he refused.
